Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return the product to us within 30 days of delivery.
The item you wish to return must be in its original condition (unwashed, without scratches, stains or other signs of use) and include all original hangtags, packaging and components in their original condition. The package must also include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

Please be sure to include your order number and the email address associated with the order in the email, and use a trackable shipping service to return the items to us. Please keep the shipping receipt until you receive a refund, as DRiiBE cannot refund lost returns.
All return related expenses (e.g. shipping costs, taxes and/or customs fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot currently offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted items and place a new order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We will refund the amount shown on the order invoice minus any shipping charges, taxes, and customs fees ( if any) associated with your order and return. A restocking fee may apply if the returned product, including packaging and accessories, is not in original/saleable condition.
We subject all our products to scrupulous quality controls and take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously. Should you receive a defective product, please accept our apologies and email us at email@example.com with clear pictures of faulty item within 3 days after you receive the order. We will send you the instructions to return the faulty item to us and, after examining it, we will exchange it for an identical non-defective product at our expense and refund the shipping costs for returning the faulty item (up to a maximum cost of CHF14/kg).
You have the right to refuse the exchange with an identical non-defective product. In this case we will refund the price you paid for the product.
Late or missing refunds
Please note, it may take up to 4 weeks to process your return.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations further details of which are available from the local trading standard department or citizen's advice bureau.
