For orders with a lower amount, the following shipping rates apply:

  • Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain ( excl. Canary Islands), Sweden, Finland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland: €14.90
  • Other European countries: €19.90


We use the UPS Express Saver service for most shipments.
Delivery times vary depending on destination; most deliveries take 1-7 business days.

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days from Germany or Switzerland.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During sale events and the holidays, some delivery delays may occur. Shipping time is measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
